Ron was great, very professional and kind and even came out on a Sunday to help us. We’re super happy he did too as he found a faulty area in our foundation that even our home inspector missed! Would definitely recommend them to anyone! We ended up having 2 major cracks in our cellar foundation so we wanted to make sure we had the best company possible to do the work. Groundworks did not disappoint! The team came out the day after a snow storm, which was impressive in itself! But the crew was very professional, friendly and thorough and before I knew it the job was complete. They brought their own machines to keep all of the dust outside of the house. They cleaned up after they were done and it’s like they were never even here. The seller walls look amazing. I would highly recommend them to anybody! We’ll definitely be using them again and again for sure.

Alex, Jaden and Branden came out to correct a little issue I had with the side porch that Groundwork’s shored up in the fall. Alex, Jaden and Branden did a fantastic job fixing this issue. They were very respectful and courteous.

Issiah, Clayton, and Lamar did a spectacular job on a three day project at our house. They were respectful, friendly, and positive throughout even while digging literal tons of dirt out from under our house. The place was left spotless and Issiahs communication throughout was very reassuring. I can’t recommend them enough.

Brendan Moran was prompt to the appointment. We built a rapport. He was very thorough about Groundwork’s and the products of what was needed for my project. He was knowledgeable in the field of the product. He sat and discussed everything in detail. I was very happy with his proposal and the next steps. He wasn’t a used car salesman but took into consideration my thoughts and needs. Overall, I am completely pleased with his service.

Groundwork’s came out and explained the causes of a few issues had I had going on with my home. One of the items I wanted addressed was a saggy/bouncy floor. My home was built in 1950 and is on a slope, so this is what we focused on as it was highest priority for me. They identified intellijacks as being a helpful resolution for the crawl space section of my basement. We proceeded with that and groundwork’s provided resolutions to some unexpected issues to get me where I wanted, and needed, to be with a saggy section of flooring. Their customer service was great and the crews that came out were friendly and clean. Their crews also communicated well during installation. The field superintendent was also great with making sure I was pleased with the work being done.

Kurt Wehmann took us through the issues with our crawl space. He was amazing. He spent over an hour in the crawl space which is not fun. He told us all the options and what he thought would be best. He answered all our questions and was thoughtful and patient. Thank you. John and Laurie

Alex Pichardo, Brian Clayton and Jose Amaguay came out to my home and quickly reinforced my sinking addition. Great work by the team, thank you! I also have the peace of mind if there’s a future issue with the room sinking, they will come out and readjust the supports at no charge.

Alex C., Brandon R., and Jayden G. did a wonderful job installing a pump in my basement cellar room. They went above and beyond to ensure that the pump would work efficiently while also concealing external piping to preserve the aesthetics of my home. They were meticulous about installation and cleanup. What a team!

These guys did an amazing job! Originally we wanted to get just a quote on our crawl space on our new home. Nick took almost the whole day on a weekend during his kid’s soccer game to inspect every detail under there! We signed up that day. All of the guys working the job were excellent too - Alex, Eli, Terrel, and Brandon - thank you guys on the job! Took them no more than a day and a half to get everything back in shape. Couldn’t be happier with how it looks now!

My niece just purchased a home which had water coming into her basement due to an old, faulty sump pump. We called around to get estimates and found Nick to be the most knowledgeable and reasonably priced estimate. From start to finish, Groundwork was the way to go. Isaiah, Clayton, and Lamar were absolutely OUTSTANDING! They were all very hard & professional workers who were friendly and helpful. Isaiah was truly exceptional in his explanation of what was taking place every step of the way. He eased any concerns we had, and remedied the water issue.
